Nothing but amazing people and amazing crew espically sean sean is amazing he always gives out the best advice and always make sure you are happy and everything is working perfectly, when we get our water drained for our heater he checks not once but twice to make sure everything is working perfectly i recommend bakerview water heating for your next heating and cooling.
From Corinna on the desk to Sean and Nick on the job site, Bakerview was amazing. They quickly, and cleanly, installed a 5 zone ductless heat pump that would best suit our needs.

Corrina, Nick, Sean and the whole team provided exceptional service from start to finish. They were accommodating, transparent and their level of customer care truly sets them apart. The installation of our HVAC system was professionally done, with every detail managed efficiently and without any stress on our part. They took care of every detail for us, including making multiple trips to assess our home and provide detailed plans and estimates to ensure their proposed work met non-routine strata bylaws. The team also had professional relationships with industry partners (I.e. electricians) who they worked seamlessly with during the install. Their communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process and they scheduled our work as quickly as possible. All work was thoroughly documented and the team took care of warranty registration on our behalf. We highly recommend their services and will be using them for all of our future needs!

Incredibly friendly and helpful, great communication. Did estimate for us with no pressure. We had to wait a year before we could go ahead and when we contacted again they were more than happy to help and honoured the quote. Quick and professional install, really nice guys did the work. Grateful we’ll be cool all summer and many to come.
Nick came in and was doing a service call and was honest with his findings. We could either order a replacement part from the manufacturer that was expensive or he gave us options for a new furnace. There was no pressure to go either route. We opted to get a new furnace as the last one they had installed was over 16 years old and was breaking down. With in a 2 day turnaround the furnace was ordered, in stalled in a timely manner by Nick and Rylan. Both extremely kind, professional individuals. Front office staff Corrina reached out and gave us the information, copies of the permit very quickly and is always kind to get customers. I would highly recommend Bakerview heating and cooling to anyone as we have been long standing customers of their for over 20+ years.

Getting a new furnace is not something that you do every day, but after 33 years, it was time. Bakerview has been a reliable source for repairs and maintenance over the years, and I have found them to not only be honest, but they went above and beyond when they serviced the furnace, and refunded me after a subsequent failure. They applied the service fee towards the purchase of a new furnace without me even asking. My new furnace works great and is much quieter than the old one. Thank you, Sean and Corinna, for your expertise!!!
We have had a Daikin furnace for 6 years that was installed by another company and we were having issues with it, we were told that it needed a new valve and we could not run the furnace as it was, not safe and the gas to it was shut off, we made many phone calls to them to have this fixed under the 12 year Daikin warranty but were ghosted, after 7 weeks with no heat in Nov. Dec. and part of Jan, I gave up on them and looked for another company.
That's when I came across BAKERVIEW Heating and Cooling.
I called them and spoke to Corinna and told her all my problems, she told me that it didn't sound like a valve problem and that she could have someone come out to check it, Nick and Rylan came at 8.30 am promptly and found that it was a plugged heat exchanger and a few other items (but not the valve), later that day Corinna called and told me that it would take 5 weeks to get a heat exchanger but she could get a new furnace under warranty in 1 week, it was ordered and 7 days later Nick and Rylan came and again within 3 mins of the time I was told, fitted the new furnace, made everything to code, corrected the install problems that the other company did.
What a huge difference there is between that Micky Mouse company that had installed the furnace incorrectly that caused the failures it was also not to code, compared to BakerView Heating and Cooling.
I feel very lucky to have found such great people that have old school values and skills.
